We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

Processing Times

In-stock items: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase, not including weekends or holidays.

Pre-order / limited-edition items: These are produced only after the pre-order window closes. Please allow up to 2–3 weeks from the close of the sale for your item to be produced and shipped. This timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee — see our Terms of Service for full pre-order terms.

If there will be an unexpected delay in processing your order, we'll notify you by email.

Carriers

We ship via USPS.

Shipping Costs

We use flat-rate shipping.

United States: $7.99 flat rate (Standard Shipping)

Canada: $14.99 flat rate (Standard International Shipping)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

International Shipping (Canada)

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes assessed by Canadian customs authorities upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We are not able to predict what these charges may be, as they vary by province and order value — please contact your local customs office for more information if you have questions before ordering.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier directly first, and reach out to us at info@conflictish.com if you need help.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at info@conflictish.com and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships — but we can't guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
